We ship exclusively with UPS due to their outstanding service and unsurpassed reliability. Unless you pick your desired delivery date, packages are shipped overnight on the next available shipping day.
| Shipping Rate Information | | Our steaks are individually vacuum-packed and flash frozen at the peak of aged tenderness then packed in a reusable insulated container containing dry ice. Your products may arrive completely frozen or thawed and cool to the touch. If you are wanting to cook your products for a particular date, we suggest having your package arrive a few days in advance to allow the products to properly thaw in the refrigerator. The dry ice may or may not have completely sublimated by the time you open your package. If any dry ice is left in the package do not handle with bare hands. Simply leave the dry ice in the package in a well ventilated area until the ice has completely sublimated. All packages, except gift certificates, are delivered within 1-3 days. Customer will be charged a minimum fee of $20 per meat order or 20% of the order for larger orders. HeartBrand® Beef ships to all physical addresses in the continental United States. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. All orders are shipped with 'No Signature Required'. |
